Vista became Liverpool FC's Official Small Business Design & Marketing Partner, a multi-year partnership supporting local businesses and reaching fans around the world.
The goal was to announce the partnership in a big, unmistakable way across stadium LED boards and the matchday programme.
I art directed and designed the animated LED boards and print ads around one idea: say less, say it louder. Strong, simple messaging was built to read in a glance, whether from the far end of the stadium or on a viewer's screen at home.
The match day programme ad celebrates both sides of the partnership. "Proud Partner of" introduces Liverpool FC alongside a roll call of the city's small businesses, from bakeries and pubs to barbers and yoga studios. The list runs off the edge of the page, a simple way of showing there are too many partners to fit, before resolving with "and small businesses everywhere."
